The Asian Drift Series is recognised as the highest echelon of professional drifting in Asia. The Asian Drift Series comprises of the following Formula Drift events held across 4 countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. This years Formula Drift Malaysia will showcase top drivers from around the world including the Robbie Nishida, Ken Gushi, Kiki Sak Nana as well as local favourites such as Ivan Lau, Ariff Johanis and 2010 Formula Drift Malaysia champion Daigo Saito.

Daigo is not only the 2010 Formula Drift Malaysia champion but was also the 2008 Japan overall champion, 2011 Formula Drift Singapore champion and was recently crowned Formula Drift Indonesia Champion. He is also currently the #1 ranked drifter in the 2011 Japan championship series. Robbie and Ken are no push over’s as well; both are FD USA pro and is a podium winners.

With the exception of Ken Gushi’s iconic RSR Toyota Supra which was previously driven by Japanese drift legend, Orido, Daigo has the next craziest machine in the series driving a Drift Lexus IS300.

For the casual fan, come down and witness the historic Dataran Merdeka transformed into a motorsports carnival, with exhilarating drift action, custom build display cars, race queens and hot air balloon rides available!
