This the season to be jolly – so the saying goes – but it’s also the season of giving, and Frangipani Restaurant and Bar has infused the two in a charity event that promises to be one unforgettable night like never before. Come December 15th, Bukit Bintang’s oldest fine dining establishment will play host to a special Christmas tree auction, open to the public.

The seven trees will be cheerfully decorated and “decked out” with lavish gifts from participating sponsors – Mattel (Barbie, Games, Hot Wheels), Ajmal Perfumes, Pandora Jewellry, as well artists Chong Siew Ying, Tommy Pang and Ivan Lam. The auction mechanics are simple, bid for the tree and the highest bid takes the tree home – decorations, gifts and all!

If that’s not enough to get you interested, the festive experts at Frangipani will also be doing what they do best – creating a fun-filled evening that will have you leaving wanting more.

A minimum donation of RM100 will apply at the entrance (comes with canapés and an array of beverages.)

All proceeds raised at the event will be channeled towards Praise Emmanuel Children’s Home, an orphanage home for children and teens aged 3 to 19 years. The children’s home provides the orphans with a balanced diet, proper clothing, medical check-ups and proper education.
