The Choir of The Philharmonic Society of Selangor (The Phil) will be producing and staging its much anticipated Heart & Soul 2011, a series of charity concerts which aims to benefit a number of locally based charities. The concerts will be staged at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre
