Nexus Resort Karambunai is organizing the first open dart championship on the 28th to the 30th of November 2008. This event is offering a total cash prize of RM26,000 for three event categories, namely the Team Event, Men Single and Ladies Single events.

The event is targeting participations of 40 teams from all over Malaysia, Brunei, Japan and the Philippines-so far the Philippines National Team has confirmed their participation.

An attractive cash prize of RM10,000 awaits winner in the Team Event category; whereas for the Men Single and Ladies Single categories, winners will walk away with RM1,500 and RM1,200 cash prizes respectively.

Datuk Robin Loh, CEO of Karambunai Corp Berhad, is the patron of the Nexus Resort Karambunai Sabah Open Dart Championship with Carlsberg Malaysia as the main sponsor.
