Theatre Meets Ritual…........This film shows barters in Kuripe, a Venezuelan village and with the Yanomai tribe of the Upper Orinoco in Amazonia.It includes fragments from the BOOK OF DANCES and COME! AND THE DAY WILL BE OURS by Odin Teatret as well as Yanomami dances and the shaman’s enactment of his tribal legend about the tortoise that killed the jaguar… 25 minutes
