Jaringan Orang Asal SeMalaysia is hosting Perjuangan Orang Asal – The Strive Of The Indigenous Peoples, which is a series of events on indigenous peoples and their rights in Malaysia to celebrate the first year anniversary of the United Nations Declaration for the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Date / Time	10 September 2008 (Wed) – 14 September 2008 (Sun) 11.00 AM – 07.00 PM Exhibition – Wed 10 Sep to Sun 14 Sep, 11am to 7pm. Film screening of “What Rainforests” – Thu 11 Sep, 5.30pm & 9pm. Handover of the memorandum on indigenous peoples’ rights – Sat 13 Sep, 9am A cultural night of performances – Sat 13 Sep, 7pm to 11pm.
